Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, friendly service, and a brilliant location for hiking with breathtaking views over Loch and mountains. The dining experience had some issues, but the staff and surroundings make up for it.
The hotel was really basic and not worthy of the money we paid. The rooms smelled of cheap cleaning products and were run down. However, the staff were polite, attentive, and really nice. The location was suited to serious walkers and hill climbers but was noisy due to cars passing by. The dining experience was mixed, with great dinners but poor breakfast. The facilities were lacking.
The hotel had warm, spacious, comfortable, and clean rooms, albeit a bit dark. The service was really friendly and accommodating, which made our stay enjoyable. The location was especially beautiful with views overlooking the lake and right on the West Highland Way, perfect for tired hikers. The dining experience was really tasty and cooked to order with plenty of options. Overall, a great spot for nature lovers!
